Loïc de Wilde
Loïc de Wilde is a senior consultant and trainer. He has more than 27 years of experience in public procurement within both traditional and special sectors. During this period, he has mainly focused on providing training and advice on the entire procurement process in the context of public procurement: from defining the need, to drafting the specifications and analysing the bids, to implementing public procurement in the broadest sense of the word.
Among other things, in the past Loïc gained particularly rich experience in the matter of public procurement in the past as head of Procurement at GPSD (General Police Support Service) where more than 200 people worked for Interpol, Europol, the False Document Identification Service, the photo library, etc. The GPSD depended on the Belgian Ministries of Interior and Justice. Loïc was also responsible for the directorate attachés personnel, budget and internal control.
Furthermore, in the past Loïc was a partner in the consulting firm EBP Consulting. In that role, he actively participated in the launch of EBP's French subsidiary MPFrance.
Loïc de Wilde is trilingual (French, Dutch, English) and a commercial engineer (ICHEC Brussels, 1993) with particularly broad legal experience, especially in public procurement law. Before joining Tender Law as a co-worker, Loïc also coordinated and coached a team of French- and Dutch-speaking public procurement consultants/trainers.
