Government contracts are a complex field. They have a considerable social value and financial impact for both governments and companies. At the same time there is increasing pressure from complex regulation, case law and critical public opinion. The need for specialised assistance is therefore considerable. Tender Law was born from this awareness. We are the first Belgian boutique law firm with a pure focus on government contracts and public procurement. This unique centre of gravity allows to offer our customers top-tier services and high added value at competitive rates.

Government contracts are a complex field. They have a considerable social value and financial impact for both governments and companies. At the same time there is increasing pressure from complex regulation, case law and critical public opinion. The need for specialised assistance is therefore considerable.
Tender Law was born from this awareness. We are a Belgian boutique law firm with a focus on government contracts. This unique centre of gravity allows to offer our customers top-tier services and high added value at competitive rates.
Personal, collaborative and reinforcing
Tender Law strives for a legal profession 3.0. in which a personal approach and customer growth prevail. Of course we offer traditional advice and legal assistance. But Tender Law’s offer goes further and also includes training – which we organise via the Tender Law Institute – and legal interim services that make the customer stronger himself. We pursue a first name policy and annually organise free “home visits” where we take a look at completed and upcoming dossiers together with our customers.
Tender Law offers trilingual (Dutch, French, English) assistance about public procurement, concessions, public-private partnerships (PPPs), public real estate and construction law disputes. For aspects outside our specialisation, we work together with other specialists if necessary.
Goal oriented
The services of Tender Law are adapted to the needs of the customer: fast, crystal clear, solution-oriented and to the point. We always act in the interest of the customer, are precise, discrete and convincing. As a new market player, we are probably more prepared than the other law firms to go the extra mile – which can be crucial.
We do litigation when we have to, and only when we have to – because that is usually the expensive and slow solution. Nevertheless, Tender Law can boast an excellent track record in judicial files.
