Ellen obtained her law degree with distinction from Ghent University in 2021. As part of the Erasmus+ program, she studied at the law faculty of the Université Côte d'Azur in Nice for five months during her Master's studies. Subsequently, in 2022, Ellen obtained a Master of Laws in International and European Law from the Free University of Brussels with great distinction. During her studies, she developed a particular affinity for the legal profession through several voluntary internships. Since November 2022, Ellen has been registered with the Brussels Bar. At Tender Law, Ellen mainly handles cases related to public tenders in both classical and special sectors, covering the awarding and execution of such contracts, public-private partnerships (PPPs), public-public partnerships, public real estate law, and concessions. In these legal areas, she assists both public authorities and private operators.
