On Thursday 10 December 2020, our colleague Stijn Maeyaert (in collaboration with Bart Gheysens) will be hosting the « Rechtspraakoverzicht » session during the « Actualia Overheidsopdrachten anno 2020 » training programme at M&D Seminars.
During this session, Stijn discusses the most recent case law concerning, among other things, price research, negligible posts, gaps, decisions regarding selection and award, formal motivation, re-tendering, the competence of the Council of State and much more.
