Yannick Ottoy
Yannick Ottoy combines a licentiate degree in political science with a master’s degree in public management. He served as a political adviser in several ministerial cabinets, where he was involved in, among other things, pension reform and civil security. In 2014, he transitioned to a local administration, where he deepened his expertise in public procurement law. There, he combines a broad interest in public law matters with in-depth knowledge of public tenders and concessions.
For many years, he has provided training for organisations such as Escala and Paulo Bestuursopleidingen, and he is a regular speaker at conferences and seminars. More recently, Yannick obtained a third degree, this time in public law. His highest distinction was awarded in part thanks to his master’s thesis on the nuanced interpretation of the Labonorm doctrine within public procurement law. Yannick is a senior adviser at Tender Law, where he translates his extensive knowledge and experience into practical advice and clear, well-structured training.
