Denis Rosier joins us to further strengthen our public procurement practice, particularly in matters where procurement advice, dispute resolution and procedural strategy come together.
A member of the Brussels Bar, Denis holds a Master’s degree in law, obtained with great distinction. His practice focuses on litigation and procedural law, including public law and public procurement disputes, with a particular interest in complex procedural issues. His procedural background is a valuable addition to our work in public procurement, both during the award phase and in disputes arising during contract performance.
In addition to his work at the Bar, Denis is also active in academia. He is currently a PhD researcher in judicial law at the ULB and teaches practical classes in judicial law and private international law. He also regularly publishes and speaks in his areas of expertise.
