Kenny Troch
Kenny Troch holds a master's degree in law from UCLouvain (2015). After conducting doctoral research on the voluntary modification of contract content (in private law), he obtained a PhD in law from UCLouvain and KU Leuven (2022). At Tender Law, Kenny Troch handles cases related to contracts and public procurement in a broad context (including public procurement in both classic and special sectors). In this context, Kenny provides advice and judicial assistance to both public and private actors. Before joining Tender Law, Kenny Troch worked for a few years in the real estate law department of an international business law firm, where he had the opportunity to assist various entities, primarily in the private sector, with the legal aspects of their complex real estate transactions (transfer of companies holding real estate assets, transfer of real estate assets, establishment of real rights on real estate, leases (on plan), etc.). Kenny assists clients in French, Dutch, and English.
