Jolien Hermans

Jolien Hermans received her master's degree in law from the University of Antwerp in 2023. During her studies, she developed a particular interest in administrative law, public procurement, public-private partnerships and (public) construction law. This interest motivated her to delve further into these fields and seek practical experience. As a student intern, Jolien gained valuable experience at several renowned law firms in Belgium. With her diploma in hand, Jolien started her professional career at Caluwaerts Uytterhoeven Advocaten. There, handled cases related to the placement and execution of government contracts, which she supervised from A to Z. In January 2025, Jolien joined Tender Law. Within our firm, she further specializes in public procurement within both the classic and special sectors, public-private partnerships, public real estate law and concessions, as well as (public) construction law.
