Eline Schepens
Since September 2025, Eline Schepens has been part of the Tender Law team as an attorney, specialising in the broad field of public procurement law. Her expertise includes, among other areas, public procurement in the classical and special sectors, concessions, public-private partnerships, public real estate, and construction law. In addition to an excellent command of Dutch, she has a strong proficiency in English – thanks in part to her Erasmus experience and the numerous English-taught master’s courses she completed – as well as in French.
During her studies, Eline dedicated herself to assisting non-lawyers in understanding legal matters. This experience taught her how essential pragmatic and solution-oriented advice is for clients, an approach she consistently applies in her professional practice today.
Eline obtained her Master of Laws degree from KU Leuven in July 2025, with a specialisation in public law, international law, and European law. During her studies, she spent a period at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, where she further deepened her knowledge of public law. She also completed an internship at a renowned law firm specialised in public law.
